Solar Water Heating Opportunities for Gas Efficiency ProgramsDecember 8, 2009 2:00-3:30pm Eastern Facilitator: Joanne O’Donnell,
CEE What's It About? This webinar is intended to be an introduction to natural gas solar water heating rebate programs currently being offered around the country. Experts from National Grid, Questar Gas, and Wisconsin Focus on Energy will provide an overview of their program offerings, the technology, and key lessons learned from their programs. Though solar water heating is not yet a major component of many efficiency programs, it can be used as an opportunity to advance your array of program offerings, claim more savings, and reach a broader customer segment. This session will help natural gas programs thinking about how they can take advantage of the savings attributed to this "duel fuel" technology. What is Ask the Experts? This webinar is part of the Ask the Experts series of free workshops presented in webinar format to help new or prospective efficiency program administrators tackle specific energy efficiency program issues. The format is both informative and interactive, so be sure to bring your questions. Who Should Attend? Ask the Experts is open to new administrators of energy efficiency programs, state regulators, and employees of CEE members. Contractors and consultants are currently excluded. Others may participate by personal invitation of CEE. This session is best suited for new and existing efficiency program administrators and staff who would benefit from an introduction to solar water heating program options, as well as programs that are considering offering solar water heating rebates in the future. |
