Industrial Door Openers: Strategies to Engage Industrial Customers in Efficiency Programs

June 25, 2008 1:00-2:30 Eastern

Facilitator: Toby Ast
Experts: Jessica Zweig, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority; and Bryan Warren, Southern California Gas Company

What's It About?

While the potential for savings in the industrial sector can be significant, motivating industrial customers to participate in efficiency programs can be a challenge. During this webinar, two experienced program managers described how they structure their industrial programs for small account customers and share their various marketing strategies to engage and motivate this challenging customer base. These experts helped you understand the potential implications to program design associated with different outreach strategies; further, they highlighted the results they saw from increased adoption of energy saving technologies.

What is Ask the Experts?

This event is part of the Ask the Experts series of free workshops presented in webinar format to help new or prospective efficiency program administrators tackle energy efficiency program issues in depth. Hear from top program administrators about how they approached designing effective residential gas heating programs, what worked, and what lessons they learned. The format is both informative and interactive, so be sure to bring your questions.
