CEE's major commercial activities include North American initiatives for:

  • Commercial Building Performance
    Current focus is on engaging the commercial office sector, and applying a whole-building program approach to promote more holistic energy management and enduring performance
  • Commercial HVAC
    Working with program sponsors to promote high-efficiency specifications for unitary air conditioning and heat pump equipment (65,000 Btu or greater)
  • Commercial Lighting
    Promoting national coordination in defining efficient, high-performance lighting products. The Commercial Lighting Committee is currently evaluating opportunities to support efficient lighting technologies and practices
  • Commercial Kitchens
    Encouraging electricity, water and gas savings through commercial kitchen equipment choices
  • Data Centers and Servers
    Encouraging more energy efficient data centers and servers by supporting program administrators in their development and delivery of leveraged, informed and cost-effective programs
