New Evaluation Guides Available from DOE and Action Plan
The complete texts of the annual proceedings of the International Energy Program Evaluation Conferences (IEPEC) from 2001 on are now searchable through the CEE Clearinghouse. Users can search all the proceedings simultaneously by any word or phrase, and download abstracts of specific papers. Users can then decide whether to obtain the specific proceedings in which papers appear from IEPEC. Prior to this, only the paper abstracts on the IEPEC web site were searchable.
CEE and IEPEC worked together to make the IEPEC proceedings fully searchable on the Clearinghouse, which is a database of energy efficiency program evaluation reports, potential studies, and other documents related to energy efficiency program evaluation. With the exception of IEPEC proceedings, Clearinghouse documents are all publicly available and most can be downloaded directly from the CEE web site as PDF files.
Search results are returned in the order of frequency of occurrence, along with a very brief description of each report and links to both the executive summary and full report. The database currently includes more than 500 evaluation and market assessment studies undertaken by CEE members since 1996.
