Kellem A. Emanuele joined the industrial team in December, replacing Ilene Mason as a program manager. Her previous position as transportation program coordinator in Charlottesville, Virginia, gave her the opportunity to plan and manage a regional transportation program, collaborate with multiple jurisdictions, encourage public participation, and ensure compliance with relevant federal, state and local regulations. All skills that have transferred nicely to CEE! Her master’s in public policy is from University of Maryland, and her undergraduate degree is from Bucknell. Among the many skills she brings to CEE are familiarity with GIS software and web authoring. Welcome, Kellem!
