CEE welcomed new program staff in April who can meet identified member needs for greater research capability and specialization in commercial kitchens.
Kim Erikson recently joined the commercial team as a program manager. Prior to joining CEE, Kim managed a food service equipment dealership where she was responsible for all aspects of company operations, an excellent background for understanding her current work in the commercial kitchens area.
Erickson earned her undergraduate degree in geography from Johns Hopkins University and a Masters in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Alison Nihart joined CEE in the role of program services assistant, aiding Nicole Rosenberg in making sure meetings and events flow smoothly. She also has responsibility for updating the qualifying product lists and assisting with research needs.
Nihart recently graduated from Skidmore College with a summa cum laude degree in studio art and a minor in environmental studies. She received numerous honors, awards, and scholarships as an undergraduate and also held several leadership posts and environmental internships.
We’re happy to welcome these two to CEE!
